A Texas Boy born and raised just outside Dallas, Texas. I grew up on a working cattle farm south of Dallas where we actually rode horses to school. I am a pilot, scuba diver, skydiver, skier and a now just a GOLFER although now and again I can be seen buzzing around on my Vespa!. I am married with 2 great kids, 1 grandbaby and 2 fur baby's. We bought our first property in The Villages in 2019 and now we use our properties for future customers to stay in while visiting and searching for their new home at no charge. We live part time in Lake Como Italy that we use to recharge after season and we also share that home with customers that buy or sell home from us throughout the year.

Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Moved to the USA in 1998, became a Very Proud American Citizen December 15th 2007.Now living full time in The Villages since 2013. I have owned a home in The Villages Fl since 2006. To understand the pleasure I get from selling Real Estate is like asking a golfer if they love to play golf. It is not easy to explain why I love my chosen career of Real Estate. The joy of meeting wonderful folks and help them fulfill their desire to move to a warm 'snow free' lifestyle makes the hours I spend worthwhile. 

The other loves in my world are my partner Lynn the love of my life, My Dogs Benny and Toby both long hair miniature Dachshunds. Motorcycles fill my spare time either riding or wrenching on them. Life has been very good to me. I have had numerous careers but this one is what I am destined to do. Thankful and Humble every day for what I am granted.
